Okay, then. Outside the LA Science Center in Exposition Park, bridging the space between the Science Center building and the separate IMAX theater, there's a dome with the skylight you see in the picture (I was pointing the camera more or less straight up). They've suspended a few hundred gold balls from the dome. It's an eerie effect, especially toward late afternoon.
